How can you offer your products so cheaply ?

We strive to be as cost effective as possible to offer  you the best price. We provide products as digital downloads and on CD ROM as it is cheaper and easier for us to distribute than paper manuals. We make a small profit on each item and aim to sell in volume to cover our costs.

Do you provide products in paper manual format ?

We have found that the costs involved in print runs and additional postage, and the time delay in getting you the most up to date information means that paper manuals are not effective. Also much of the content of our products is presented using colour graphics and photos which are more effectively communicated on screen. However if you wish to print out material from your computer you can.

Do your products run on Apple Macs ?

Unfortunately the number of people using Apple Macs is still <5% of the computer user base so it is not cost effective for us to produce a Mac version of all our products. If you have a PC emulator on your Mac then our products should work fine. Some products are provided in PDF format which can of course be read on a Mac - do check latest compatibility please email us.

Do your course products include formal qualifications ?

To achieve a formally recognised qualification will require assessment and/or examination by a recognised body. At the prices we provide courses obviously we cannot include this, as this would require personal tuition and assessment which would host hundreds or even thousands of pounds. However, our courses are an excellent foundation course in the subject for anyone who wants to go on and seek a formal qualification.

How can I gain practical experience  from your CD course  ?

Obviously a CD course cannot provide hands-on practical experience. However the CD courses include pictures and diagrams to show how things are done and include comprehensive information. The best way to gain practical experience is to try out what you have learnt in your own home.

What is your returns policy ?
